Abstract

Startups are dynamic enterprises that often operate under high uncertainty and resource constraints while seeking rapid innovation and scalability. Technological advances, particularly in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cloud computing, have opened transformative opportunities to overcome these challenges.
